Sharepoint 2007 Beginner Project 1: How to Design and Build a Simple Help Desk Ticketing System in Sharepoint 2007 (in under 4 hours, even if you have never used Sharepoint before).

In order for Sharepoint to become a widespread tool for knowledge workers to use to streamline and automate their own business processes, Sharepoint training must become much less costly than it is at present. We have prepared a 10-part video series that will teach you, a new Sharepoint user, how to design and build a Sharepoint business automation solution in just a few hours of study.

Our goal is not only to teach end users the features of Sharepoint, but also teaches them how go about analyzing a business process and design a Sharepoint solution to automate and streamline that process.

Please note that the only real way to learn how to create a solution in Sharepoint is to actually build one, so you will need a Sharepoint practice site to work in.
