Sharepoint 2007 Beginner Project 1: How to Design and Build a Simple Help Desk Ticketing System in Sharepoint 2007 (in under 4 hours, even if you have never used Sharepoint before).
In order for Sharepoint to become a widespread tool for knowledge workers to use to streamline and automate their own business processes, Sharepoint training must become much less costly than it is at present. We have prepared a 10-part video series that will teach you, a new Sharepoint user, how to design and build a Sharepoint business automation solution in just a few hours of study.
Our goal is not only to teach end users the features of Sharepoint, but also teaches them how go about analyzing a business process and design a Sharepoint solution to automate and streamline that process.
Best of all, we are making the training available for free. Please note that the only real way to learn how to create a solution in Sharepoint is to actually build one, so you will need a Sharepoint practice site to work in. If you do not have access to a site, Sharepoint Mastery can make one available to you for only a few dollars a month.
In fact, the first 6 people who agree to be beta testers for our Project 1 video training series will receive a free practice site.
If you wish to be a beta tester, simply send us a comment below indicating your interest. We will contact you by email to set up your site if you are one of the first six.
